I understand that life happens. If you know you may miss a payment, please reach out before the 23rd so I can support you with a short extension. Each traveler receives two grace passes during the payment cycle, meaning the first two late payments will not incur a fee as long as communication is made.
After your grace passes are used, late payments may include a small administrative fee based on how overdue the account becomes. ($40 per every 7 days) If a payment goes more than 30 days past due, your spot may be released and offered to someone on the waitlist per our Terms & Conditions.

We understand that life happens, and plans sometimes shift. Travelers may cancel their trip up until March 1, 2026, with the understanding that the initial deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances. After March 1, 2026, all payments become fully non-refundable due to vendor commitments, reservations, and international planning.
Travelers are required to secure their own independent travel insurance to protect their investment. Insurance may reimburse you directly for covered cancellations, delays, emergencies, or unexpected circumstances.
If a traveler can no longer attend after March 1, 2026, they may also transfer their spot to an approved Elite23 member or a participant from the waitlist. A $150 transfer fee applies, and the incoming traveler must reimburse the original traveler directly for any payments already made.

This trip was designed with extreme intentionality and for that reason I have to limit the number of attendees. Absolutely! Each city has designated days for you to plan your own flow. Get creative! Visit some of the smaller Ramen cafes, shop for vintage pieces, go swimming, or sleep in! :)

We will be girls on the go! When it’s time to head to Kyoto we will take a bullet train. You will be responsible for your train ticket. As of now, we are looking at about 5 nights in Tokyo and the remainder in Kyoto.
